Market cap is miniscule because the market has already priced in significant upcoming dilution due to the upcoming conversion of a $2.5m loan, on top of the $1.2m raised recently for "fee for funding arrangement" (I wonder what that is? anyone know?).

With the $25m and $10m funding arrangements, plus potential funding from Macquarie Bank for the Shallow Well drilling (probably what the due diligence was for), one hopes that's the last of the dilutions for a while.
