There's an ENORMOUS difference between a NASDAQ and an OTC listing.
NASDAQ is a lengthy & costly procedure (I think around USD700k) plus exhorbitant yearly listing fees.
PO3 isn't ready for NASDAQ...yet.
On the other hand, OTC can be arranged for a cost of about USD35k and annual listing fee of USD15k.
It can be achieved in about 30 days.
This would be the perfect stepping stone for PO3 IMHO as a launching pad into the US capital markets and an eventual NASDAQ listing.
