I rang CD on the day of the announcement. I asked why was the stock trading and not in a suspension because of the ambiguous announcement, plus questioned why the geologist couldn't tell what was there. The reply was short and as I stated at the time sounded like a man under pressure.
Apparently the senior consultant geo was somewhere else, a long way from Red Cap. So only his assistant was on site. I'm not sure if the assistant was even a geo, but my thinking is that if you are about to hit depth of something that could be major, WHY wasn't a senior Geo on site?
The company does not spend much, but this is definitely one time penny pinching has caught them out!!
It is so obvious that an ambiguous find from the companies perspective, CD had no idea what was found, that the stock should have remained in a suspension until results were released, to avoid what has gone on since!! I have enough respect for the Geos here to know they are correct. I sold all my shares and have made a 50% profit, that I shouldn't have been allowed to make!!
If this hole is a duster then 5-10c is on the cards, not 15-20c. If there is a tiny amount of Ni, it wont do much to the SP anyway, because a tiny bit doesn't prove anything. If anything it sounded like the same type of hit that S&R had 1km east of Nova.
