The ACCC has already ruled twice against domestic roaming, and again as a draft decision.
I have read about 2/3rds of the submissions and the case against domestic roaming is strong.
A majority of the submissions were against domestic roaming.
Despite the claims Vodafone really haven't invested like Telstra and Optus.
If you are interested as to how this decision will fall it's well worth reading the submissions.
I don't think Vodafone can bully them in the courts. The draft decision has already been made.
Funny things can and do happen, but I think the ACCC will stick to their guns and their draft decision.
