If they're sure of where they're heading with the carbon credits, and are absolutely positive that there'll be an income stream,then maybe they could approach some of their more sophisticated "sophisticated investors" and ask them to stump up some money, as an investment that is, in progressing their projects.

Then when the cash rolls in,repay the loan,say double or so what they've forked over, or even triple,as that's what their investment could've turned easily,if they'd bought shares and held them for a bit.

That way the investors are happy,m2m gain trust with them,we don't get p!$$ed off at the never ending dilution,and they continue on dreaming up new projects or financing the mysterious China Mou.
