I'm not too worried about a cut or an increase in production... US supply is decreasing and if the Saudi's pump a million more barrels and we see oil in its $30's again, US supply would reduce significantly... Things are different now and many in the US simply can't pump at a loss any longer. $60 oil won't be far away.
