Probably confirms what a few here thought, that deal between Pantheon and Great Bear was more of a reverse take over.
Great Bear as the former private company had limited funds and access to it. Now as a listed entity they can access the cash and potentially some of the oil credits they are owed.
Pantheon might be the face only, Great Bear control the board room.
