When i have been working on offshore Gas Rigs a common set up for flow testing is 3 hours full flaring then shut down for 24 hours to allow pressure to build up. Then flare again check that pressure reading are the same then flare for 3 days and measure drop in pressure but there are many variations of this system.
It would be nice if they released interim data results to the market but not often the case.
