That is plural, meaning more than one KPI, hello does the MD set his own KPI's
Sharetrader78, I think your KPI's are more in line than EAR's considering the benefits involved.  
The only KPI for the first tranche of 2,000,000 freebies is if he pours some gold within 2 years after the company's MD stated on the 30th November 2018 per an ASX Release that EAR will move into production in 2019??????
PLEASE EXPLAIN management.
I sent off an email voicing my concerns re this issue yesterday but as yet have had no acknowledgement from the company.
