I strongly disagree with you.

It is just a timing issue that is all and these guys have done too good a job on the share price.

They have performed a miracle and it is not like the company is just giving them shares.

They have to put their hands into there pockets and further commit to the company.

As a shareholder I think it is just grand standing from Waislitz and if I was cynical I would also wonder why Waislitz did this at the same time as he launched the Thorney Tech Fund.

Honestly, these directors have produced in spades
With the market cap more than doubled.
