currently GLA has 225,485,222 shares and 101,468,350 options on issue which makes the fully diluted market cap $22,886,750 at 7c
if they issue another 61,528,606 GLAO to Paterson s and 28,000,000 GLAO to CPS that brings the fully diluted market cap to $29,153,752 at 7c
It says in the Notice of general Meeting of memebers if Resolution 1 and 2 do not get a majority of shareholder approval Paterson will receive $101,000 and CPS will receive $50,000.
basically this is a no brainer . I'd prefer the company pay out $151,000 AUD then issue about 33% extra share capital .
guys your thoughts ?
I vote against both resolution 1 and 2
