anyone know if there are covenants,just thinking out loud here,what asset would be suitable to raise debt--is it existing contracts and cashflow,the gfc caused a major hiccup
and then problems with getting programs to work.

then there are the cash constraints in markets where contracts are being sought,combined with the expansion of the business and naturally the very high costs associated with intellectual property to maintain the impetus of the business.

well i dont think it will be any easy job,we have not heard anything negative regarding the financial backing and its conditions---two years breathing space this might be a winner--then again
