    Dad Robert (or Bob) sells 2.5 Million shares into the market at beginning of June, son Peter buys back 100,000 at end of June.

    Makes me feel a whole lot better that the Directors are buying but the major shareholder is selling (oh, isnt that a related party anyway?)
