I am taking CFR4 as another cost on top of the c1 costs as in the report, it mentions simply in that heading 4 in the small text, that the CFR 4 price is a cost that is paid by the seller (KML)
Hence the reasoning for adding c1 and cfr4 together?
It says that plain as day in the announcement, unless I am completely missing something I do apologise but from my interpretation of that, it is an added cost.
