What's 'elderly' got to do with it?

More life experience should not equate to criticism. In fact, traditionally the elderly were given greater respect within their communities simply because they were deemed to have greater wisdom. Generally most people don't begin to see past the propaganda until well into their thirties and this has to be worse today with all the emphasis on celebrity worship and "it's all about ME".
