islam did not become corrupt just in the last 40, 50, 100 years - it has been morally corrupt from day one. the koran is universally accepted throughout the islamic world - shia, sunni sufi and wahabi alike. they all sing from the same song sheet and they all aim for the same thing.
the methods they employ may differ but the aim is the same
