There seems to be  (based on what most posters have written) a belief that a day of reckoning will be upon us somewhere in the future between (bad) Muslims and (good) Western Jewishism-Christianism-Atheistsm-Buddhistism-Jainism-Hinduism-Agnosticsm and a few other  different types of Theistic believers?

Indeed, I wouldn't be surprised, in the slightest, if a mythological search among the religions of the Aboriginal dream time didn't yield a 'hey we are against them Muslim lot too, brother!"

So I have a big bold proposal. Why not reverse the refugee policy for boat people and allow a totally open but exclusively only for Muslims entry to Australia by boat?  That way we support the good old dinky die belief in a fair go! And well if a few don't make it (like before) then uhmm who would know?

Now I realise a few posters might think this a tad unfair. The current JCABJH and a few other different types of theistic believers might take a dim view of such opportunism! As dear Pauline pointed out some 30 years ago "they'll breed like rabbits (steal our supply of carrots!!) and before you know it our way of life will be one that is unfair, privileged and religiously intolerant!

After watching a bunch of young women the other day, I expect Pauline will soon be out in the streets warning us all of the dangers associated with young women (including the now professional types) wearing hijabs or burqas while running around after and kicking and marking a pig skin covered ball!  Burqa Basket ball- over my dead shoe laces! Or a hijab hand pass it will never be - our culture is unchangeable and timeless!

Ah but fair's fair, the local mob at the time some 200 years ago, let the first lot of boat people stay. They bestowed upon the Australian people the original expression of a fair go even before the colonial types invented it! And the first wave of Muslims, strangely like the first wave of Chinese during the gold rush, didn't breed like flies or rabbits or camels…I wonder why?

Struth, Australian history sure is amazing once you get to thinking about it!
