ICU wireless networking solutions company, seems  better suited to the chairman, former KPMG partner Terry Cuthbersons MNW and MNF , both uptrending wireless networking, than OMI, failed medical device company.

2014 estimated EPS 2c and pe >=30, seems a likely standard for exponential growth, targetting 600mill customers from present 30mill.
Seems like a low risk buy. The Micro-Financing technology sounds like a first.
