The problem i have with this company is how they recognize revenue.......for example, lets say i take out an insurance policy though them for 1000 dollars and isu commizion is 20%......now i believe a prudent way to recognizse this revenue would be to show 200 dollars in that current financial but they don't do that.....they would show say 1500 dollars in the current year being the estimate time frame that i would keep paying the insurance policy in the future discounted back at an appropriate rate.......this is the reason their cashflow is so much lower than reported profits........if you look at the half year accounts you will see a non current item called trail commisions recieveable of 100m dollars.........this is the amount that in my humble opinion represents bs earnings
