Interesting discussion on NPV calculations. Is the Capital sunk? Is the Ship Sunk? It all depends on how the project capex and working capital was financed. If it was customer financed, ( ie: someone else bought into the project and gave you a wad of cash, then that bit isnt included), similarly for equity raisings.
However if it was debt financed then it is not sunk at all. You have to model the gearing, ie cost of the capital.

I have always liked this stock and have hoped it would do well. A bit to much trust me, "i know boats fella" in regards to the lack of drilling, the approvals and the limited metallurgical testwork, made my sit on the sideline.
