Hi Dang, I'll try to address some of your concerns. 1) The large capex is not necessarily a problem. A small company such as Transit can JV with a larger company. For example 50/50 in exchange for the capex. Alternatively, Transit could be a take-over target. I also expect a placement will occur after the next leg up; but this will probably only be to fund on-going drilling. 2) I think you may be over estimating the time to production. I did google economics-potash as you suggested but did not find your reference. 3) It is fairly common for top personal to be on more than one Board of Directors. He has stepped down as CEO for Kreido Biofuels to take up this position. While I am sorry to see Hugh Calligan go he is being replaced by a top person who is on the scene of the action.
I cannot say what the short term price of TRH will be, but I'm confident on it's long term prospects. Because of the lack of liquidity the price changes are quite volatile. If Dr. C recommends TRH IMO it will bounce back well over $1.00. Good luck with your decision.
