My logical opinion as follows:
MEO will OUTPERFORM MOG post ann / pre drill. This is because the announcement relates more specifically to MEO's 70% stake in Artemis.
MOG & MEO will BOTH perform strongly post drill provided positive results. As results will be the SP drivers LT.
MOG will react positively to ann however makes sense that MEO will have more of a run.
My opinion only.
