Albers owns 170m of 288m shares = 59% of the company

120m was for the farm in deal, 28m where old shares he held

and 22m were recently bought at 18c by him taking up the shortfall of the rights issue

Albers is a very smart and astute Oil and Gas player and the fact the was willing to stump up another $4m in personal funds at 18c for MOG said it all to me
