Yea Scott Player, seems ok def good move. but was LC big enough to be excited about Scotts experience? Will he be aligned with ceo and famous olsen views? Will he have enough power to bring his ideas to life and make an impact? Will he have enough budget to build capable team to realise the sales growth? Grb needs some shake up like pbg, trs etc with new ceo. But thats my opinion which might be wrong.
