IMO the offer is just a opportunistic value.
Just take share value for example..
in a good time, sp is always higer than NTA
what happen to all the sp now? below NTA.
it is all depend on the demand vs supply.
therefore that is why an opportunistic value IMO.
everyone hoping for a bargain in this crisis.
