yuyu I like to ask an opinion from you or anyone who knows about the valuation of the commercail property. you think that the value of ~450-500 mil is too high and it's now back to a more reasonable value of low 400 mil (or even lower in the near future, or the low 400 mil is simply an opportunistic value in this crisis?
