4. Choose successor with some gravitas check
5. Purge the Board check
6. Independent Review check
7. Reduce the overheads/fire people check
7. Gardyloo Bring out your dead check
8. Change the model /culture
9. Get back to your core
10. Announce good news

If your hanging around nit picking at $1.80, where were you at $14 because that would have actually been useful to me . Topside seems the vulnerable side. Good luck to all those prepared to thrust it in the custard.
