    As for the underlying value, obviously that's different for everyone. Your numbers obviously come up with $3.40.

    Standard recipe is to take objectives, sprinkle with a large dose of assumptions, mix in large bowl for preferred time frame. I can assure you that my cake doesn't look like yours at the end.
