    2. Money in the bank

    3. Very Good gold grades

    4. Not that many shares

    5. Convertible note (11m share @ .20c) should bring in $2.2m if share price above 20c in 2010

    6. Making an income - not sure how much profit

    7. Sand Queen a good little mine – only down side is toll treating, never get true value.
