MCR is a good company in a decent commodity cycle but atm they are just burning through there cash in bank to produce.

Time to conserve the cash and the announcement of C&M from months ago should be put into action.

With DM stepping down and a new leader it will be much easier for this to be realised. Emotional attachment is removed and DM goes out as a excellent leader who pulled MCR through the GFC

The problem is the share price will fall
