stoops : I am not against Nuclear energy .Uranium or thorium mined under strict environmental guidance is acceptable by me and ??gov.
To obtain the Environmental approvals can be made difficult by some some groups /environmentalist .
That is one big hurdle that the exploration company needs to jump before dreaming of being a producer.


It can stretch the process like we have seen happening with Lynas & Malaysia (smsl) over Lamp.

Having said this.
There are Rare Earth companies with very low content of nuclear material.
How low or acceptable level is judged not by you or me but, Gov bodies who issue the licence.
You find that if a company obtained the Environmental Approval Licence then it is fair to assume that it has jumped the first hurdle.
What stage is CUX in in relation to obtaining the said licence ?

Look at the GGG to compare and follow the steps that they need to take .Not easy.
I won t mention the Aus company who obtained the licence .
