I have been told by a person in ABQ that some of the partners in Allied Brands have set up another company. called .
Apparently they have been switching assets into this company.
A bit of a search turns up this .... The company name is Essential Growth and the company officers are shown as Tony Cavanagh, the GM of B/R, Brett Amis, his assistant, and TRENT GRAHAM (David Graham's son).

If they try moving the Master Franchise into this company they will be in breach of the covenants. So their could be multiple breaches.

I also know that at least one and possibly two Kenny Cardiology stores in Perth will be closed today. Allied Brands are sending a team to remove anything of value from the store/s this weekend. I wonder if the Franchisees are aware of this.

If they lose the Baskin Robbins Master Franchise then it's definitely all over.

Good riddance I say but I feel very sorry for all the families that have bought Franchises from ABQ. So many have already lost their assets including homes because of these people.

Baskin Robbins US have been aware of the shady practices for years but have turned a blind eye to the operations in Australia.
