Your argument is constantly changing from Arafura having a ‘dud deposit’ than then moves to ‘its economically unviable ‘ to the ‘Chinese Dragon controls the supply chain’. Yes, they do control much of the supply chain now but this is 2018 and Europe, South Korea, Japan, the US are no longer sleep walking into another Chinese export monopoly like 2011.
Its the reason why Lynas has prospered-Japanese assistance in setting up a rare earth supplier outside china.
