Ausheds - its an incomplete one dimensional calculation. You’re not going to spend $680 mIllion US building the plant every year - your calculation works if you only intened to run the plant for only one year and then turned it off. The mine could run for over 30 years so if you divided $189 by 30 years its $6.30!
The initial $680 million is your plant build price but what will be the cost of electricity, chemicals, labour, maintenance cost etc per year? We don’t know that yet??? $189 is just misinformation
