$680M/3600tpa NdPr = $189kg, Lynas currently adding 1900tpa @ $18kg, and could probably do a greenfield ~$75kg.
Probably the most experienced RE executive on the planet told me privately last year ARU would never get funded.
See if you can get hold of UBS Lynas report for a fairly detailed peer comparison, none come close.
You ask the Mod’s to bury reality all you like, won’t make it go away, data is out there for all to see.
Note even the Dragon appears to have anointed Mt Pass & Greenland their preferred concentrate feeds.
