You’ve just described the risks for literally every explorer and developer. Of course it’s a good buy at 10 when the SP is currently 23. Would you have said 5 made you comfortable when the SP was 10?
Additionally, have you run a peer comparison as part of your high-level analysis? If so, who have you compared EAR to and what was the outcome?
