@gassed what are you expecting to be that different .... by using 2016 equipment and technology?
The Hart family drilling equipment is what it is and if you know it to be different than that say so. Last time I checked it was not a new build 2016 rig. As for technology what are you seeing different. Deviated vertical no fracking required. Pick the spot via seismic right.
