Holders are bailing out due to the perceived increased risk at the moment. General sharemarket malaise due to European debt, US economy, China growth is perceived to be at risk etc.

Also, the funding arrangement Spring Tree Special Opportunities Fund allows funds to be drawn down by issuing new shares. Today, 1.6 million shares were issues for $70K. This action dilutes the value of share holding.

OvPlex is a superier product IMO but trials need to be completed before it can be marketed. Unfortunately, it is not clear to me how long it will take to complete trials and this adds to my risk to hold the stock.

I am no longer holding HTX shares.
