Stuffed up there, meant S2R not PLS, & with this post i am not talking about both companies mentioned above, my apologies to all. The subject i mentioned is/was rife in the mining industry, before, during & even now post boom. It also comes from both sides, you might have a manufacturer or a machinery dealership who wants you to buy their product rather than the competitions or you have someone in a position of influence within a mining company who expects a bonus under the table, it's been going on forever & i can't see it stopping anytime soon.
