Not sure how freedom of information laws work, but it would be interesting to know when assay results were received from the lab. Was it before the capital raising or was the company aware of the drill results from the 8 remaining holes during the time of the preparation of the CR. It's not a good look & someone should be held responsible for this major stuff-up which cost many people a fortune including myself.
