No it's not a breakout, just a response to the MSCI announcement and all the index fund buying that requires. Just look at the chart and compare to the BNB chart from the same period... both will make excellent shorts next week (short term only!) as the index fund buying goes away. This is historically what happens to new inclusions in the MSCI. Do your research, there are 11 other potential shorts out there for next week. Although of them all MAP has the strongest fundamentals...

Further out, $7? Extrapolate their current P/E out to the average P/E of 10 and it seems quite possible.
