You will get issued a notice of a share split of every 7 existing shares you get 4 shares. The price of MNQ will also be calculated but in the other way . I.e the 2c float is equivalent to 1.14c pre consolidation. A consolidation is required since ASX listing rules for reverse takeovers require a capital raise price of at least 2c
