Definitely one to watch, if the price appreciates too much then I think the consolidation will be revisited and other alternatives may be considered. The 67:1 ratio was based on share price of .003-004c. I would hazard a guess that the likes of Pattersons and co may be wanting to advise them on a better path all IMO. Pre-open price looking good this morning.
