Well malmanu two negative posts in five days - one contradicting the other - what's the agenda? - trying to talk the price down and buy cheap? On the 22nd Jan you told us ... "new partner in the US spacelabs healthcare, WHO KNOWS WHAT MARGINS uscom is getting in this deal." Then 5 days later you tell us that they are ... "giving away MOST of the profit upside" If you don't know the margin details how can you make such a judgment?

Perhaps some facts will help.
You seem unaware of the announcement of 22nd Jan this year mentioning orders for 39 units these are worth something in excess of $1.3 million depending on options purchased. (Yes the 30 Spacelab Units are purchases! - I rang the company and checked). As I mentioned in an earlier post - as best as I can calculate from their annual report a sale of 100 units per annum will return a profit before Tax of around $1 million. They are nearly half way there, with 11 months to go. AND they have just put on a sales team that will be demonstrating 30 units, at any one time, around the world.

You say that "management team blew $15m trying to sell the product" The $15m was spent in establishing their science, developing products like Oxycom and Echoscope and demonstrating the concept around the world.
They have been granted over 30 patents and the Company has secured regulatory approval for sale of the USCOM 1A Monitor in Australia,Europe and a number of Asian markets, including Japan, China and Taiwan. Uscom also has a CE
Mark certification for Europe and a license from the State Food & Drug Administration for China. The Company received the necessary regulatory clearance for the United States market in February 2005 with the receipt of a 510K Pre Market Notification from the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA).
I believe there are now something in excess of 700 scientific papers published on the practical usage and application of the uscom device ...... They have done their groundwork in exemplary style and are now ready to sell to the world ... $15m well spent in my book
