Correct, the cost of extraction based on compostion does not change, however cost of treatment depending upon capacity does have some relevance, hence the reason for consideration of greater capacity production plants to reduce process costs to improve profitability.
The greater the extent of the resource, the better the chance of greater overall production capacity for the capital outlaid. Hence better margins!
