Ah, I see I misunderstood what Ozjin was saying. He meant we will lose a minimum of 10% of the $9M placement (not, as I thought, 10% of the $1M we are being sued for), increasing to 25% after legal fees (which was where my quarter million came from).
How he knows that we are going to lose, I'm not sure.
