Mismanagement has been the problem throughout the last years; the GM, CEO, EM and Board all made huge mistakes. A series of decisions made by incompetent managers and the Annual meeting did not change anything so all hope is lost. That was the chance to change management, generate income from GAA and survive until drilling could be done on the gold prospect in the same region where Marmota is having success.
