Why are our Directors paying $3million for a company that has a shareholding of 1 share and one Director(same entity), that does not produce income nor have an ABN number.
We have been informed via announcements that hey will be issuing C/N's @.002 to raise $550K and will need to raise more for the development of the project.
Surely this scenario equates to a continual dilution for long suffering shareholders.
Never in the history of this company have $$$'s been used in such an incompetent manner.
It is about time that we had a board that can identify projects and run a profitable business.
