Don't worry as it is only defamation if it is not true...I have based an assumption( misleading and deceptive conduct) on previous events ( last CR) and facts and a reasonable person would probably come to the same assumption and so I don't see how it can be construed as defamation. so speak you mind!

It looks like production has slowed and that will be the next excuse for the capital raise .............now that we have raised the issue of unnecessarily wiping out all debt at this stage when the company is in production and in the process wiping out all existing shareholders.
Dodgy Dale has come up with something else...slowed production as a reason for the CR!!!!!!
