Nexus was fought after the die was cast...I was also in that one as well....sounds like we have picked or have been advised about the same disasters.
It is a totally different scenario to this one as the shareholder action started after the deal was done. It was all around conflict of interest which was so hard to prove because the CEO claimed he was out of the room at the time of all discussions. This is so much different as it revolves around non disclosure, negligence in relation to excessive spending when the auditor had warned the company to make provisions for the debt and they just ignored the warnings, misleading and deceptive behaviour in relation to the CR and now it appears we have only 2 non independent directors which breaches our own constitution.
If you are going to lose that much you must at least contact ASIC.......the more complaints the better and it will only take 30 minutes of your time. Also tell them how much you have at stake here. You can just copy and paste as it is all here on this forum
